The Villa
The upper level features a spacious three-car garage, a spectacular Master Suite with a private gym and balcony,
and a large additional guest room.
The main level boasts three beautifully designed bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen,
great room with 20 ft ceiling, two dining areas, and two balconies offering endless vistas. Descend to the lower level to find a fully
outfitted movie theater and game room, perfect for entertainment.

Sunsets of Sedona, a Luxury Villa, is the ultimate destination for unforgettable weddings and retreats. With central access to all Sedona has to offer, this serene yet sophisticated setting is designed to create lasting memories for you and your guests.
Our next phase of improvements will be completed by the summer of 2025 including a large outdoor patio idea for wedding ceremonies, a pool with a Baja ledge, hot tub, fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen perfect for gatherings.

Brad's home provided a perfect weekend getaway for a reunion of old friends! Location was perfect with stunning views! Walking in for check-in we were all blown away by the views, even better than pictured!
All amenities were well maintained and the kitchen had all the supplies you would need to cook. Game room was well stocked and plenty of seating for all.
Brad was very responsive and a great host! We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful time with my family! The weather was amazing the views were incredible and the home was perfect. We saw a ton of wildlife in the back yard which the kids loved! Definitely will be booking again in the future!

I had a great time hanging out at this awesome spot in Sedona. It's quite big and has a lot to discover. The games and movie area was perfect for staying inside during 100 degree heat and catching up on some shows.
Hanging out of the balcony and enjoying the sunset over Sedona is a great way to end the day! Sedona is pretty small but this home is right in the middle of everything so you can get around easy.

We're so glad we picked Brad's place for our extended family reunion!
The house is clean, thoughtfully decorated, and has plenty of space for 12 adults.
The kitchen is enormous and very well stocked, and we loved having a large enough dining table for us all to sit together.
The views do not disappoint and we caught an especially beautiful sunset one night.

Our group of 12 had an amazing time at Brad's place. He was very responsive during our stay.
We enjoyed playing poker and ping pong and watching the movies with the beautiful Sedona views. It's conveniently close to all hiking and swimming spots and the upstairs bathroom with a sauna and a gorgeous view was amazing!
We'll definitely be staying at Brad's house again, next time we visit Sedona to do the hikes we didn't get to do this time.
